Questions

Are You Still Running Your Etsy Store and Redbubble?

Yes, I'll still be running those shops and answering those messages while running JustinsShirtStore.com.

I Accidentally Placed An Order, What Should I Do?

All of my products are "made to order," so once you place your order, it will be sent off to my print supplier to be made. All orders are final unless it is an extenuating circumstance, in which case, that will be reviewed on a case by case basis. You will need to contact me through the contact form on this site and I will get back to you as soon as possible. If I am or am not able to cancel and refund your order, you will be notified via email after you've sent your contact inquiry.

I Haven't Received My Order Yet

There could be a few reasons why you haven't received your order. Please contact me through the contact form and I will respond as soon as possible.

I Tried Messaging You On Instagram About My Order...

I do not answer business messages on Instagram. You will need to use the contact form on this site to get in touch regarding your order. If you placed an order on Etsy, please message me through Etsy.

How Are Your Shirts Printed?

My print supplier does "Direct to Garment" printing, or "DTG." For DTG printing, Kornit Water-based and NeoPigment inks that are Oeko-Tex™ certified are used, which means they are safe to print on children’s clothing and reduce environmental waste.

How Should I Take Care of My Shirt?

When unpacking a new shirt or hoodie with a direct-to-garment (DTG) print, you might notice a vinegar-like smell or an off-white residue. Don’t worry, that’s not unusual - it’s from a fixation agent applied during the printing process, and it’s not permanent.

Fixation agent (sometimes known as pre-treatment) is used for all DTG prints across the industry. It helps the ink bond with the fabric, and without it, the ink would flake off the garment.

Printed apparel can be machine-washed cold, inside-out on a gentle cycle with a mild detergent and like colors. Use non-chlorine bleach only when necessary. You shouldn't use any fabric softeners or dry-clean the items.

DTG-printed apparel can be tumble-dried on a low cycle, but hang-dry works best. When it comes to ironing, use cool iron inside-out. Don't iron the print.

How Do I Determine My Shirt Size?

I primarily print on Bella+Canvas 3001 shirts, Gildan 18000 sweatshirts, and As Colour 4062 Crop Tops, so you are welcome to do research online regarding those products. I also offer a descriptive sizing chart on my site that should help when picking sizes.

I Own a Shop and Would Like to Buy Your Shirts In Bulk. Do You Do Wholesale?

I don't do wholesale at this time, and don't plan on doing it in the future.
